Evening All

Now I apologise in advance for getting serious for a few minutes, but now Mrs Smith has lost the grand idea of a Uk DNA database thanks to a High court ruling today, I fear she will now have more time on her hands to try and again meddle in the UK sex industry in the hope it may get her a few extra votes come election time.

So to clear things up, currently the law says (blatantly nicked from sw5)

Prostitution – exchanging participation in sexual activities for money or other goods – has always been legal in the UK

Of course there are many things associated with prostitution that are illegal, street work, running parlours etc, but none of those apply to a regular independent escort.

Now Mrs Smith and Ms Harman know this, and also respect they cant change it, but as I have said before want to try and score some middle class votes, so have now suggested possible new legislation which seeks to criminalise consenting adults participating in any paid for fun with a lady or gentleman who is found to be “trafficked”

As for the definition of “trafficked” when probed further, actually appears to mean anybody who is controlled or pimped. This is already an offence under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 so it appears to be all hot air and labour spin, who would have guessed :)

But just to make it clear for anybody who is confused by the above and feel they may find themselves at risk of breaking any new law that MAY be introduced

I am an independent escort and am not, nor have I ever been, coerced, pimped, managed or controlled by any third party, HRMC excluded

So to clarify, if this new legislaton is introduced, you will not be breaking any law comming and having your wicked way here ;)

On that note, lets get back to fun fun fun
