Feeling hot hot hot
Well how can I not start a post without mentioning the rather warm weather of the last few days, while in someways its been lovley, in others not so good, my garden is starting to suffer, and as some of you know, I have recently started a new gym programme, (The Joy of Flex) and after getting all hot and sweaty in there, I look forward to a nice cool breeze when I leave, except thats not been happening the last few days 
In saying that, next week 29th May, Ill be topping up my rust in North Devon, so just to pre warn people in the south west, there will be snow and gales lol.
